What is the delivery method?
Our products are sent by Colissimo or DHL in France, and DHL internationally. Each shipment has a tracking number, received by email after shipment. Orders for Paris intramuros can be delivered by courier within the day for all orders placed before 1pm.

Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver EVERYWHERE in the world.

What are the return policy?
Returns are free from the European Union, 30 days after shipment, no conditions. For other countries returns are charged 20€, deducted from the refund of the order. If it is a return for a quality problem, the return is always free even from abroad. Please contact us contact@historycube.com when you want to return your item.

Can I exchange my item?
Of course, however we may not have the item you want in stock. Write to us at contact@historycube.com we will do our best to find a solution that works for you. The conditions are the same as for a return.

When will I get my money back?
Count on 5 to 7 days after receiving your product, on the payment method used during the purchase.
