Terms of Sale

  1. Terms and conditions of sale

Historycube.com (hereinafter referred to as "The Site") is published by SAS HistoryBrick with a capital of 2000 euros, whose registered office is at 8 rue du tribourg, 21700 Nuits Saint Georges Intra-community VAT FR34883440182

Intra-Community VAT FR (hereinafter referred to as "HistoryBrick" or "the Company").

These terms and conditions are written in the French language and are therefore subject to the application of French law. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.

HistoryBrick reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the Site www.historycube.com at the time of the order. Accordingly, the fact of placing an order implies full acceptance, without reservation, of these conditions.

ARTICLE 1. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those described on the site on the day of the consultation of the site by the Internet user. HistoryCube takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its products to best satisfy the Customer's information.

The prices indicated are all taxes and in France and the European Union, excluding customs fees for the rest of the world.

ARTICLE 2. PRE-SALES, PRE-ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

The Customer may "pre-order" products only during a period called "Pre-Sales", the duration of which may vary, the number of days remaining being clearly indicated for each product. However, HistoryCube remains free to close a pre-sale before its term, especially in case the pre-ordered quantities become too large.

.

A minimum goal of pre-orders, set at the beginning, defines the success of a Pre-Sale. If this goal is not met, the customer will receive an email informing them that the Pre-Sale has failed and that payment for their Pre-Order has not been collected. If the goal is met or exceeded, the customer receives an email informing them of the success of the Pre-Sale, the collection of their Pre-Order payment, and the launch of the manufacturing of their product, corresponding to a purchase confirmation.

The Pre-Order entails the acceptance by the Customer of a delay of several weeks before the delivery of the products, necessary for the closing of the Pre-Sale and the manufacturing of the Pre-Ordered product, in case of a successful Pre-Sale.

The Pre-order is considered a firm order on the part of the Customer, and obliges the Customer to the payment of the ordered item in case of successful Pre-sale.

For all orders in stock, a confirmation email will be sent constituting a firm order.

ARTICLE 3. PRODUCTION DEADLINES

Production times range from 3 to 4 weeks depending on the products, after the end of the Pre-sale, and are given as an indication during the Pre-sale.

When products are in stock, no production time is applied.

ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT AND BANK DATA MANAGEMENT

Payment may be made by any means made available to the Customer by HistoryCube. They include but are not limited to: credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

The cards will be debited at the time of order.

During the period between the Pre-Order date and the Pre-Sale end date, bank data is encrypted and stored on the server of our partner Stripe or Paypal. HistoryCube never stores banking data on its server.

ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY

Postage charges are calculated for deliveries in France and internationally. Concerning deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and various taxes in the country of arrival are charged to the customer. The delivery is made by Collissimo, DHL or any other express carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to fill in the delivery information accurately (address, telephone number...). The products will be delivered against signature, prohibiting in fact any delivery to a post office box.

ARTICLE 6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted for 30 days after your item is shipped, in its original condition. Return shipping is free for customers residing in the European Union, and at the customer's expense for other countries. Please contact us at contact@historycube.com

Historycube reserves the right to refuse to refund the item in the event that the item has marks that make resale impossible.
